This is my story.
Moments are fleeting, intricate, and full of life. I’m drawn to experiencing the full depth and breadth of a moment; with my eyes wide open, and my lens cap off.
Photography allows me to capture and immortalize a moment in all its detail; the light peeking through the trees, a child holding their mother’s hand, a door designed by a master craftsman. Every moment is a hidden look into a new perspective, culture or worldview. When I share my photos with others, stories unfold; sparking emotion and transforming the viewer. The moment lives on.
Hello! My name is Leslie Struxness. I have been a photographer for more than 15 years. Though I reside in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, I have become an international volunteer and an intrepid adventure traveler.
I hope my images are thought-provoking, inspiring, and challenge you to take a worldwide view. When you hang my photos on your wall, may you see beauty, art, possibility, and gain tolerance and perspective in each moment.
There are lots of ways you can see my work in person.

Coelho Winery - The winery in Amity Oregon is a great place to spend the afternoon eating, drinking and enjoying art from myself and other Yamhill County artists.
